Comet Laser T-Bone

The most successful clap skate blade in the international skating community for over at least 10 years already.

With 8 out of 10 current world records in long track skating being skated on Maple blades, the popularity of these blades is nothing less than a revolution.

The Comet Laser

Is a skating blade with a steel tube and a bi-metal runner with 1.1 milimeter thickness.

The Comet Laser is loved by skaters because of the direct power transfer, and the great stability in the corners, that it provides when skating at high speed. The blade is loved by technicians because of the high and consistent and quality of the tubing.

The Comet Laser is a tension and torsion free skating blade that is laser welded with an extra  ‘support rib’ giving more control and stability when skating at high speed.  The 64 Hrc 1.1 bi-metal  runner of the Comet Laser has been subjected to a special treatment in order to reduce the sliding resistance.

T-Bone Bridge

What started out as a project to improve the old bridge ended up as the new standard high performance lightweight bridge. In terms of improvement the bridge is lighter, but stronger than the old bridge. The bridge allows less torsion and  has a better transfer of the power invested by the skater in the push, meaning a high conversion from power to speed.
